HOW IT ALL BEGAN
We are Alan and Gary, two friends with a shared love of really good coffee.
Way back in 1999, we both found drinking coffee at home pretty frustrating – even our expensive steam-based espresso machines just couldn’t make decent frothed milk. Something had to change.
We took all of our techy knowledge and coffee know-how to design and create the aerolatte original steam-free milk frother. At last we were able to enjoy proper frothy coffee in the comfort of our own homes.
Our milk frother soon became a global hit and a firm favorite among top chefs, keen foodies, and coffee aficionados alike. In essence, it is cappuccinos, caffè lattes, milkshakes, and hot chocolates at home.
OUR STORY CONTINUED
The aerolatte original steam-free milk frother was just the first chapter in our story. Together, we constantly ask the question, “How can we make coffee at home even better?”
Yes, we both love a good coffee shop, but honestly, is there anything better than being able to punctuate your day with a barista-worthy coffee without leaving the house?
Once again, we took everything our coffee geekery had taught us and designed the coffee-making accessories we wished we could find on the market.
Our innovative takes on French presses, espresso and moka pots, coffee art, and more were the result.
